Village Townhomes

To qualify to rent you must complete an Application to Rent and submit it along with the Application Fee of $25 per applicant.  Our approval process is based on credit, rental history and income.  If you have any concerns talk to the manager about it before your application is ran.  Application Fees are non-refundable. 

Once you are approved to rent, you will need to bring in a security deposit to hold the unit until you move in. 

Even though you are approved to rent, you have not secured the unit until you have put down a holding or security deposit.  Until the deposit is put down on the unit we must continue to show it to prospective tenants.  If someone else is approved before you make it back to put down the deposit, you may miss out on the unit.  

After you have submitted the application stay in touch with the manager and don't delay in bringing by the deposit.

Yes, there is a $25 Application Fee per Applicant.  All prospective tenants 18 yrs and older must submit an application.

We have 1 year leases that at the end of the one year automatically go month-to-month.

We do allow 1 indoor pet, that meets our weight restrictions, per unit with additional pet deposit of $400.

Dogs must be 25 lbs or less at their adult stage.

We do have an onsite manager who is available 24 hours in case of building emergency, however they are only available to show apartments during office hours.

Our Office Hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am until 5:00pm and Saturday:  Noon until 5:00pm.   Closed on Sunday. 

You are always welcome to drop by during Office Hours and phone or email messages will be returned on the next business day.

On average we turn approximately 2 units per month here at Village Townhomes however that is an average over the past few years, so at any given time we may have zero vacancies or 3 depending on the market and this is subject to change with the current economical situtaion.  Call us to find out about current and upcoming vacancies.  Our units often rent in advance so if you are interested you may want to pre-qualify and get on our waiting list.

We do occassionally run move-in specials when the market is slow however, they end once a particular unit or units rent.  For information on any current specials please call us and ask about speicals 805-642-9328.

Please call for current rental rates.  Rental rates are based on market value and may change from time to time, so rather than listing our rates and forgetting to update them we have chosen not to list them.  As of October 2008, our 2 bedrooms rent for $1550 and our 3 bedrooms rent for $1800 (these rates are subject to change, call us for current rates 805-642-9328).
